How to return or replace your product(s)?

How to replace, or return your product:

We have two different forms that you can use if you’d like to return or replace products that you bought from us. Please fill out the Warranty Claim if you’d like a replacement, or use the Contract Withdrawal form to return your product and get a refund.

Please read the following text for more information about each of the documents and about the process of claiming a product replacement, or a refund.

Warranty Claim

If you require a product replacement, please fill out the Warranty claim form. All the necessary information needs to be filled in, so that we can complete your request as soon as possible.

  • It is necessary to fill in, print, sign, and attach the warranty claim form to every warranty claim you’d like to make. Please always send the printed, signed, scanned/photographed document as well as the filled-in digital PDF.
  • We do not accept any goods sent back to us by the cash on delivery method.
  • The supplier agrees to settle the warranty claim in favour of the customer as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date of receiving the warranty claim form and the products described in it.
  • We do not accept goods returned later than 2 years from their initial dispatch to the customer.

Contract Withdrawal

You can return any product you purchase and get a refund. We offer a 30 day contract withdrawal period. If you’d like to return one, or all of your products, please fill out the Contract withdrawal form. All the necessary information needs to be filled in, so that we can complete your request as soon as possible.

  • It is necessary to fill in, print, sign, and attach the contract withdrawal form to every contract withdrawal you’d like to make. Please always send the printed, signed, scanned/photographed document as well as the filled-in digital PDF.
  • We do not accept any goods sent back to us by the cash on delivery method.
  • The supplier agrees to settle the contract withdrawal in favour of the customer as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date of receiving this contract withdrawal form and the products described in it.
  • Goods can be returned in no more than 30 days from their initial dispatch to the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the warranty claim procedure take?

The warranty claim will be settled no later than 30 days from the date of the claim, unless mutually agreed on a longer period of time. A precondition is, that you provide all of the information that will lead to a fast processing of the claim. This is ensured by sending a correctly completed warranty claim form.

Will I be notified once the warranty claim procedure status changes?

You will be notified about any changes to the status of your claim via e-mail. We strictly abide by the warranty claim procedure and we try to resolve any claim as fast as possible.

Who pays the costs related to the return of the products?

If you have expenses related to returning physical products and your claim is justified, we will cover these costs on the basis of evidence of payment (such as a receipt from post office or similar document).
